DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit will be applied to Guarantee Reservations. A deposit of a minimum one-night accommodation must be received 2 days prior to arrival date in NORMAL SEASONS; 14 days prior to arrival date in HIGH SEASONS, and 30 days prior to arrival date in PEAK SEASONS. If the hotel does not receive the above deposit requirements as specified above, the hotel will assume the booking did not materialize and will automatically release the reservation.
For same day reservation Guarantee Reservations will be applied after payment received.
CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS
A Cancellation charge of minimum one-night accommodation will be applied in case of no-show or late cancellation. The cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is canceled within 2 days of arrival in NORMAL SEASSONS, 7 days of arrival in HIGH SEASONS, and 14 days of arrival in PEAK SEASONS. The deposit will be non refundable if cancellations are made under the above time limits. A 50% cancellation (of one-night accommodation) will be charged if the cancellation is made above the mentioned time limits. No cancellation charge will be applied if a booking is cancelled 30 days (or more) prior to arrival time.
